How to filter and hide ToastMail emails in your inbox

ToastMail automatically hides ‘warming emails’ from being displayed in your inbox by moving them to a folder named "TM Conversations". However, this is not always 100% reliable, and it always takes a moment for us to move the emails. Luckily, there is a foolproof way of ensuring that no ‘warming emails’ are ever shown in your inbox - by setting up a filter. We’ll guide you through it in this article.

Step 1:

Copy your Unique Code
You received an email with your unique code and instructions for filtering when your email was added to ToastMail. Copy the code that we included in the email.

Step 1

Copy the Unique Code from the email details page

Alternatively, you can locate the unique code by visiting your email's details page

Step 2:

Create a filter to hide the ‘warming emails’
Click on ‘Filters and Blocked Addresses’ to be redirected to the appropriate settings page. Or, manually navigate to your Gmail inbox and go to Settings by clicking the wheel icon on the top right corner of your screen, select the ‘See all settings' option and then click on the 'Filters and Blocked Addresses’ tab.

Next, select ‘**Create a new filter**’ and paste your Unique Code In the '**Has the words**' field.

Step 2

Navigate Filters and Blocked Addresses in your Gmail Settings and Create a new filter

Click ‘Create Filter’ and then select:

‘Skip the Inbox (Archive it)’
‘Apply the label:' and select ‘TM Conversations’
'Also apply filter to X matching conversations’
then click ‘Create Filter’
select ‘Skip the Inbox (Archive it)’, ‘Apply the label: ' and select ‘TM Conversations’ and then select 'Also apply filter to X matching conversations’ then click ‘Create Filter’

Step 3

Amazing! You’re all set - we’ll now be able to always keep your inbox toasty warm, without the clutter!
