Email Account Disconnected From ToastMail

Here are some of the reasons as to why your account can be disconnected from ToastMail:

Your email provider suspended your account due to spamming.
This is a known issue with Google Workspace given their set of rules that automatically suspend an email account considered at risk of being compromised or spamming.
You’re connected to a custom SMTP/IMAP and there is a temporary error on your server.
Login credentials (e.g. App Password) to your account has changed.
Expired domain name
Unpaid subscription to your email provider
Other reasons related to your email provider

In the event of, ToastMail automatically attempts to reconnect your account. We will keep on trying to reconnect. If your account remains disconnected, please follow the steps in our previous articles on how to connect your Google Workspace account to ToastMail.
